ADT Model 966 Workpiece Mounting Unit
The ADT Workpiece Mounting Unit, used in conjunction with the dicing saw, enables mounting wafers to frames, using various kinds of tape. We have Ultron systems Part 1007R-11.5 “blue tape” we use for general purpose dicing. If you are cutting smaller pieces, we provide Ultron Systems Part 1020R-11.5 “UV release” tape. This gives a more adhesive film that can be released with direct UV light exposure.
