Mark Allen is selected to receive the 2020 IEEE Benjamin Franklin Key Award from the IEEE Philadelphia Section
Mark Allen, Scientific Director of the Singh Center for Nanotechnology, and Alfred Fitler Moore Professor, Electrical and Systems Engineering Department, at the University of Pennsylvania, has been selected to received the 2020 IEEE Benjamin Franklin Key Award from the IEEE, Philadelphia Section.
The award is given annually to an engineer in the Philadelphia section of the IEEE for outstanding technical innovation and technological contributions that have significant practical application.
The award is scheduled to be presented on April 18, 2020 at the IEEE Annual Awards Gala at the Union League in Philadelphia.
